To lift the spirits of young athletes to provide them a sense of warmth and individual pride while preparing them to ensue productive lives.  This will be done but not limited to group activities, football camps, and character building events.

DeAndre Washington

Founder

DeAndre D. Washington was born in Houston, Texas on February 22, 1993 and later moved to Missouri City, Texas. He is the son of Dwayne Washington and Tiffany Jones. He has a sister named Diamonique Jones. In memory of his late sister, Taiesha Watkins, he spends his spare time he working with the "Everytown for Gun Safety" organization. "Everytown for Gun Safety" is an organization that advocates for gun control and is against gun violence.

DeAndre is the founder of DeAndre Washington Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides free football camps for under-privilege boys and girls.

​

He supports many charities, but he is most passionate about “Everytown for Gun Safety” organization because his sister, Taiesha, was killed by gun violence.

​

DeAndre hobbies include traveling, spending time with family, investing in real estate, creating fashion, reading, and impacting the community.

​

He accepted Christ as his personal savior at the age of nine at the Fountain of Praise church in Houston, Texas.

​

He has always been interesting in sports.  He started playing numerous different sports at the age of four.  He ran track, played basketball, baseball, and football.  After playing these different sports he found football to be his passion, his niche, so he continued to put more effort in excelling in his interest.

​

He played with Fun League football organization under the South Post Oak Eagles. Later, he started playing football for Quail Valley Middle School.  As he continued to toil his way through football, he maintains #21 throughout his early years of playing football.  When he entered high school at Thurgood Marshall in Missouri City.  Upon graduation he received numerous scholarships offers from around the country, such as Baylor, Boise, Oklahoma State, Colorado...

He accepted the Texas Tech Red Raiders’ running back position in Lubbock, Texas.  He was able to hold on to his same #21. During his tenue with the Red Raiders he broke records. In 2015 he was among the top running backs in the country. He averaged over a thousand yards back to back in 2014 and 2015 with fourteen touchdowns.  He also earned first team all American status in his senior year.  He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Science Exercise and Sports Science.

In 2016, DeAndre was drafted in the fifth round of the NFL draft in the 143rd picks to the Oakland Raiders.  His was given the #33. He became a member of the Raider Nation Organization from 2016-2019.  His career stats with Oakland Raiders was over 1100 yards and seven touchdowns. He is currently playing with the Kansas City Chiefs organization as running back #24.

Tiffany Jones

Co-Founder

Tiffany Jones-Preston is the mother of two: DeAndre D. Washington and Diamonique D. Jones.  She was born in Lafayette, La. and raised in Houston, Texas.

Tiffany graduated from James Madison High School and attended Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas.

​

She was the proud owner and operator of DeAndre’s Barber and Beauty Hair Salon.  She has been a hair stylist for over twenty years serving the Houston and Missouri City area.  She is currently a travel agent with T &T Travel, the owner of T & T Tee shirts, and Co-Founder of DeAndre Washington Foundation.

​

She enjoys traveling, sports, shopping, cooking, spending time with family, and scrapbooking.  She also has a passion for helping the less fortunate. Her dream is to own a banquet hall, restaurant, and catering business.
